Taj Palace Lucknow
BLINK Design Group has completed the highly anticipated Taj Palace in Lucknow, officially unveiling a meticulous three-year design project conceived to capture the essence of the new hotel through a singular, cohesive narrative deeply rooted in regional mythology. Spanning the entire guest experience—from the dramatic arrival sequence and expansive public spaces to destination restaurants, bars, state-of-the-art wellness facilities, and richly appointed guestrooms and suites—the project is designed as an immersive journey through a legendary forest once said to have flourished along the banks of the historic Gomti River.
Positioned as a modern sanctuary of Lucknow within the upscale neighborhood of Gomti Nagar, the Taj Palace successfully bridges the timeless, regal character of the city with a contemporary sense of place. Inspired by the evocative motif of a Lost Forest, the hotel architecture cleverly weaves nature into its structural design through sophisticated lighting, organic textures, and lush verdant accents. Striking a delicate balance between a serene retreat and a connected urban anchor, the property provides a thoughtfully curated setting for leisurely stays, grand celebrations, and high-level business gatherings alike.

Ruby Lilou
Drawing inspiration from Marseille’s distinctive, dynamic blend of Mediterranean ease and rebellious, avant-garde creativity, Ruby Lilou marks another milestone in the brand’s signature approach to crafting lifestyle hotels that are intimately connected to their destination. The ambitious reimagination of the former BNP Paribas headquarters in Marseille into the vibrant Ruby Lilou was spearheaded by global architecture and design firm Gensler. The project transforms a rigid, former corporate office building into a multifaceted, 237-room hospitality destination that seamlessly brings together lodging, innovative workspace, retail zones, and bustling public-facing amenities.
Ruby Lilou offers 237 thoughtfully planned guestrooms divided into the Nest, Cosy, Lovely, and Wow categories, each successfully combining an intelligent use of space with uncompromised premium comfort. Drawing direct aesthetic cues from luxury yacht design, every single room features oversized, inviting beds, luxurious walk-in rainfall showers, effective blackout curtains, and carefully curated interior accents that pay homage to Marseille’s rich maritime heritage and progressive creative spirit.

The Warbler
Marking the very first hospitality venture from Verdad, a prominent New Orleans-based real estate development firm, The Warbler is the creative realization of a team of proud native New Orleanians. Having recognized a distinct gap in the market, these local developers set out to build the kind of hotel they envisioned for their own city: a destination deeply integrated into its surrounding neighborhood, warmly welcoming to both international travelers and local residents alike, and unmistakably New Orleans in its cultural character.
Deliberately designed to function as a lively local gathering place situated along one of the city’s most iconic and storied thoroughfares, the six-story hotel breathes new life into the former site of the Trolley Stop Cafe—a beloved St. Charles Avenue diner that served generations of locals and visitors for 26 years. The newly realized property features 58 distinct guestrooms, destination dining concepts, and an expansive rooftop social space engineered specifically to immerse every guest in the vibrant, soulful spirit of New Orleans.

Villa Argentina
Historic luxury in the Adriatic has experienced a grand renaissance with the official reopening of Villa Argentina following an extensive, high-profile renovation of one of Dubrovnik’s most cherished hotel complexes. The renewed property successfully bridges contemporary Croatian architecture and design with its carefully preserved cultural, historic, and artistic heritage, all while celebrating its lush Mediterranean gardens and uninterrupted, spectacular views overlooking the ancient city walls and the deep blue Adriatic Sea.
The redesigned interiors offer a fresh architectural interpretation of Dubrovnik’s rich building traditions through the prominent use of tactile natural materials, including local stone and warm wood, thoughtfully enlivened by strategic color accents. Special care and ecological sensitivity were prioritized during the landscape overhaul, ensuring the preservation of historic gardens and existing vegetation, with approximately 14,000 individual plants integrated seamlessly into the lush grounds. Furthermore, authentic local stone uncovered during the construction and renovation process was salvaged and reused throughout the entire complex.

The complex reconstruction project was led by the renowned Croatian architecture studio 3LHD, which handled both the overarching architectural framework and the interior design scheme. In a collaborative effort, 3LHD and the dedicated team from Adriatic Luxury Hotels partnered with the internationally acclaimed Milan-based practice Dimore Studio to oversee the soft décor and decorative elements, imparting a final layer of sophistication and layered character to the interiors.

Spanning eight upper floors within the striking new Yvie residential development, Wilde Amsterdam introduces a versatile new hospitality model to the Dutch capital. The property pairs design-led studios with one- and two-bedroom apartments, complemented by a comprehensive collection of shared social spaces engineered precisely around the rhythms of an extended stay. Whether welcoming corporate travelers on long assignments, individuals relocating to the Netherlands, or leisure visitors wishing to spend an extended season exploring the city, Wilde Amsterdam provides an environment designed to help guests unpack properly, settle effortlessly into a daily routine, and genuinely make the city feel like home.

Moving away from the traditional, transient hotel layout, each apartment functions fully as an independent residence. Beyond their private apartments, guests enjoy 24-hour reception services, fully equipped fitness facilities, co-working lounges, a convenient self-service deli, and secure private bike parking, alongside pet-friendly accommodation options.
Experimental Roma
Housed within the dramatic shell of a former bank, Experimental Roma introduces an eclectic, distinctly French interpretation of Italian style to the Eternal City. The hotel features 82 meticulously designed rooms divided into two principal aesthetic categories, each offering a vastly different sensory experience.

The first category evokes the theatrical grandeur of a classic Roman bedroom, softly illuminated by natural light filtered through interior shutters. These spaces are defined by bold blocks of rich color, dramatic headboards inspired by antique fabric drapery, and an intimate, romantic atmosphere reminiscent of the historic Villa Medici. Colorful basins, vibrant design details, and a richer, more expressive visual language establish a lively dialogue between ancient Roman baroque influences and the unfiltered hedonism of the 1970s.
In contrast, the second category embraces a more refined, understated, and almost futuristic aesthetic. Mineral patinas, two-tone lacquered ceilings, and ribbed stainless-steel headboards that double as contemporary sculptures cultivate a contemplative, meditative atmosphere. Carefully selected artworks scattered throughout the rooms draw direct inspiration from the artistic worlds of Cy Twombly, Christo, Ugo Ferranti, and the Yvon Lambert Gallery. In these quarters, time feels markedly slower and more reflective, evoking the serene ambiance of a private museum. The accompanying bathrooms are conceptualized as contrasting architectural boxes, masterfully balancing warm wood elements against cool stone, and raw industrial materials with bespoke graphic details.

Mereshi Plains, Serengeti, Autograph Collection
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Tanzanian wilderness on the western edge of the Serengeti, Mereshi Plains has officially joined the Autograph Collection portfolio. Designed by Dunia Design—the creative studio also responsible for the neighboring Mapito Safari Camp—the new camp has been master-planned in direct response to the existing natural topography of the site, placing a paramount emphasis on limiting unnecessary ground disturbance and protecting native vegetation. Drawing direct visual inspiration from the architectural form of the iconic acacia tree, the camp combines sustainable timber, stretched canvas, woven elements, and locally sourced materials, ensuring the natural landscape dictates the layout.
The property comprises 18 elevated tented suites scattered thoughtfully across 55 acres of open savannah grassland, with each suite maintaining a generous and consistent spatial footprint. Every 95-square-meter retreat artfully combines 50 square meters of comfortable interior living space with an expansive 45-square-meter external deck, oriented directly toward the east to welcome the first amber light of the African dawn.
