Dallas’s vibrant and rapidly evolving Knox Street district is preparing to welcome a significant new addition to its upscale neighborhood. Auberge Resorts Collection, renowned for curating a portfolio of exceptional luxury hotels and resorts around the world, is officially bringing its signature brand of hospitality directly to the heart of the bustling Texas destination. Perched strategically along the scenic, tree-lined Katy Trail, the newly developed property—appropriately named The Knox—offers guests prime access to all the culture, dining, and outdoor recreation that Dallas has to offer. Ahead of its highly anticipated official opening early next year, the property has officially opened its reservation books, allowing early planners and luxury travelers to secure their stays.

For its latest urban venture, Auberge turned to the globally acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio to bring the hotel’s interiors and its 140 thoughtfully appointed rooms and suites to life. Drawing inspiration from the lush greenery enveloping the property’s Katy Trail location, the design firm successfully integrated natural motifs and botanical influences into the living spaces. Guest rooms are enveloped in vibrant greens and accented by bold, animal-printed wallcoverings in rich golden hues. These striking, high-contrast colorways extend fluidly into the accommodations’ private bathrooms, where eye-catching greens outline the mirrors while warm, sophisticated marble tones cover the flooring and walls. Other select suites elevate the design narrative even further, featuring walls wrapped entirely in rich flora-patterned wallpapers paired seamlessly with bright, custom-crafted furniture designed to make a memorable visual statement.
The property’s larger accommodations go beyond traditional hotel rooms by incorporating dedicated living and dining areas, meticulously designed to evoke the comfortable, intimate feeling of a private luxury residence. Among the most exclusive options is The Manse, standing as the property’s most spacious and comprehensive suite offering. This expansive accommodation is outfitted with a private indoor gym space, a dedicated wellness room, a fully equipped private bar, and a dedicated media room designed for ultimate relaxation and private entertainment. Just steps away, its counterpart known as The Promenade offers roughly 2,100 square feet of meticulously styled space, featuring an indoor bar, an expansive living room, and multiple distinct lounge and dining areas tailored for hosting or unwinding.

For travelers seeking extended-stay accommodations or a home-away-from-home experience, The Knox introduces specialized two- and three-bedroom apartments named Abbott House, Hester House, and Hyland House. These residences place a heavy emphasis on seamless indoor-outdoor living, complete with fully functional private kitchens while maintaining the rigorous, white-glove service standards of a luxury hotel. Furthermore, the property encompasses 48 private residences, which have been individually designed by Chad Dorsey Design to complement the overall aesthetic and architectural vision of the development.
Beyond the private quarters, The Knox is poised to become a prominent culinary and social destination within the Dallas community. The property will house a signature restaurant dedicated to serving elevated classic American dishes, alongside an indoor and outdoor dining salon that pays a distinct homage to traditional European café culture. Rounding out the diverse culinary and beverage program are an intimate evening lounge channeling the atmosphere of a clandestine speakeasy and a sophisticated poolside dining venue offering sweeping, unobstructed views of the Dallas skyline.

Wellness and holistic health form another core pillar of the property’s identity. The Knox will feature a dedicated Wellbeing by Auberge program, offering guests access to restorative thermal rituals, advanced skin therapies, and a comprehensive menu of luxury treatments rooted in a holistic approach to long-term health, vitality, and longevity. Additionally, the hotel is positioning itself as a premier venue for high-end events in Dallas, ranging from bespoke weddings and private celebrations to corporate meetings and executive gatherings, all hosted within a series of versatile and elegantly appointed event spaces.
Reflecting on the vision behind the new property, Rick Fidel, regional vice president and general manager of the hotel, emphasized the broader community role the development aims to play. Inspired by the dynamic energy, distinct character, and rich culture of the city, The Knox was conceptualized to transcend the traditional definition of a hotel. According to leadership, the destination is designed to serve as a vibrant gathering place where exceptional culinary artistry, thoughtful well-being programs, inspired interior design, and extraordinary hospitality converge. Management looks forward to embedding the property deeply into the fabric of the neighborhood, creating lasting and memorable experiences for both international travelers and local residents alike.

The official debut of The Knox, Auberge Resorts Collection, is slated for January 29, with nightly rates beginning at $1,000.
