Under the terms of the new agreement, five established Verdi hotels located across Malta, Portugal, and Tunisia will transition into the Handwritten Collection portfolio. Verdi Hotels was originally launched in 2024 by International Hotels Investments (IHI) plc as a distinct, dedicated management platform operating within the upscale hospitality segment. Designed to function entirely independently from the world-renowned Corinthia brand\u2014which remains firmly positioned in the ultra-luxury sector\u2014Verdi was created to capture a dynamic and growing market of travelers seeking upscale contemporary accommodation.
